• Order data: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, order contents.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics.
• Communications: emails and messages you send to our support team.

• To perform our contract with you: processing, shipping and supporting your order.
• Legal obligation: keeping tax, accounting and consumer-law records.

The site is served over HTTPS and payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Access to customer data inside our team is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders.
