What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, order contents.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics.
- Communications: emails and messages you send to our support team.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To perform our contract with you: processing, shipping and supporting your order.
- Legal obligation: keeping tax, accounting and consumer-law records.
- Legitimate interests: preventing fraud, improving the website and measuring advertising performance.
- Consent: marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and advertising
We use essential cookies to run the checkout, plus analytics and advertising cookies (including Google services) to measure campaign performance. Who we share data with
We share data only with providers who help us run the shop: payment processors, delivery carriers, email and hosting providers, and analytics/advertising platforms. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own unrelated purposes. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers are based outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
Order and transaction records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email support@everydaytees.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Access to customer data inside our team is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders.
